Applications are no longer being accepted for Cohort 6.  The application process for Cohort 7 will begin in the spring of 2010. 

Please check this website for updated information in February 2010.  Even though the current information on this page pertains to Cohort 6, the basic format and funding for the project should remain the same and only dates and locations should change.
